Overview: 

The DISC Approach to Behavioral Styles has become one of the most widely used assessment and training tools in America.   Like other important tools, including Myers-Briggs (MBTI) and the Kolbe A Index, DISC has its own unique place in helping to develop skills for communication, cooperation and collaboration between your employees and with your clients, customers and public.   DISC identifies the behavioral characteristics of Dominant, Interactive, Supportive and Cautious styles and shows individuals how to better relate to each style for communication purposes and to respond to each style for management, negotiation, collaboration and customer service objectives.
