Either by design or circumstance, be it formal or informal, many people are in positions of leadership. In today’s complex and ever-changing world, professionals must have a solid orientation regarding relationship, tasks and change management.  Directions in Organizational Leadership offers an in-depth, comprehensive opportunity for individuals working in an array of environments to enhance knowledge, skills and attitudes essential for continued development.  

The program guides participants though relationship, task, and change skill sets integral to effective leadership. The
45 class hours are complemented by readings and assignments that lead to an individualized Leadership Action Plan. Full and satisfactory participation in all aspects of the program is required for award of a professional certificate of completion issued by Washburn University.

The program is led by Rich Drinon, consultant, educator, and author. Program materials include Rich’s book “Stepping Up To Leadership,” a course workbook, and web-based applications before and during the program.  Click here for more information or to reigister
