


Rich Drinon is President of Drinon & Associates, Inc. a company providing group training and individual coaching for upcoming leaders and mangers. Over the past 25 years, he has conducted thousands of sessions for hundreds of organizations across North America. In addition to owning several businesses, Rich has worked in leadership positions for local, statewide, national and international for-profit and non-profit organizations.
He’s a 1983 graduate of the University of New Mexico and is currently completing his Master's Degree in Leadership Communication from Gonzaga University. He’s active in his church, in Rotary International and on the committee for the Coleman Hawkins Legacy Jazz Festival. His radio program, “On the Way Up!” is broadcast daily on WIBW 580 AM radio. His first book, “Stepping Up to Leadership” has recently been published.
Rich has partnered with several associates who add experience in business growth, managing younger workers, law, human resources, psychology, the U.S. budget, health, well being and motivation to the organization.
