


Rich Drinon is President of Drinon & Associates, Inc. a company providing group training and individual coaching for leaders and mangers, and sales and customer service professionals. Over the past 22 years, he has conducted thousands of sessions for hundreds of organizations across North America.
Rich started his first training company, ExecutivEdge, in 1988. From that platform he launched The Crowd Pleasers, an agency which represented a number of speakers and entertainers, and VideoEdge which produced training, instructional and promotional videos. In addition to owning several businesses, Rich has worked in leadership positions for local, statewide, national and international for-profit and non-profit organizations. He has served as the Director of Education for the Kansas Hospital Association and as Director of Marketing for the International Association for Jazz Education. In 2007, after a few years invested in working for other organizations, he re-launched his business and changed the name to Drinon & Associates.
He’s a 1983 graduate of the University of New Mexico and is currently completing his Master's Degree in Leadership Communication from Gonzaga University. He’s active in his church, in Rotary International and on the committee for the Coleman Hawkins Legacy Jazz Festival.
Rich collaborates with several associates who bring experience in business growth, managing younger workers, law, human resources, psychology, the U.S. budget, health, well being and motivation to his clients.
