Welcome
Rich Drinon, President of Drinon & Associates, helps emerging leaders develop necessary relationship, task and change management skills.  This is accomplished through small group training sessions and individual coaching utilizing instruction, dialog and learning exercises, including on camera role playing practice.  Rich's training features a Leadership as Service focus.


Keeping with the priority of service to others, Rich offers Professionalism in Customer Service.  Over the past 22 years he has conducted customer service training for hundreds of organizations across America.

 
Since 1988 Rich has served as a professional development speaker at association conferences and conventions throughout the U.S. and Canada.
