Stage Two: On-Camera Situational Practice

On-camera situational practice picks up where most classroom sessions leave off.  This coaching requires two one-hour sessions with each individual.  These sessions can also be conducted with groups of managers who are comfortable working with each other in an environment where vulnerability is required and learning is the focus.

Through on-camera role playing, with an experienced coach, each participant has the opportunity to practice communicating important messages to challenging employees. The participant and coach then review the performance, prepare changes and repeat the process.

On-camera situational practice is designed to help participants “see and hear” what they are doing in terms of verbal, vocal and non-verbal performance, and quickly make improvements. The coaching also serves to point out and reinforce things the management professional is already doing well.
