Organizations invest in their people and talent management programs by conducting a review of human resource policies and practices to set a benchmark for where they are today and create strategic plans for where they want to be tomorrow.

A review of policies and practices can include a variety of organizational components, including, but not limited to:

The outcome of a review of the human resource function will provide your organization a rating of each component with recommendations according to highest priority.  Organizations typically continue working with the consultant to aid in the development of new programs and maintain a long-term relationship to assist with future needs as they arise.
